Dear Mr Cheng Kai Chu Secondary Communications has sent you a new Portal notice with the subject 'Firefly Down' ------------------------------ Dear Parents, Firefly has identified an issue related to the ongoing PHP outage. We actively working with their team on a resolution, and we'll be sure to provide an update once a fix has been released. Currently NPS users are unable to successfully login to Firefly.
