Dear Mr Cheng Kai Chu Secondary Communications has sent you a new Portal notice with the subject 'Important Information – SA-1 Examinations for Grades 9 & 10 IGCSE' ------------------------------ Dear Parents, Please take note of the following important information regarding the SA-1 examinations for Grades 9 and 10 IGCSE. These arrangements are being shared to ensure that parents are fully informed and to support the safety and well-being of our students during the examination period. 1. Students with examinations in both sessions If your ward has examinations scheduled in both the morning and afternoon, they are required to remain in school for the entire school day. There will be no change to their regular school timings. 2. Students with a morning examination only If your ward has an examination in the morning, they may leave school after completing their examination. Before leaving the campus, students must: - Show their school ID to the security personnel. - Sign against their name at the security desk before leaving the school premises. 3. Students with an afternoon examination only If your ward has an examination scheduled in the afternoon, they may enter the school campus at least 45 minutes before the scheduled examination time. They will remain in school until 2:45 p.m. We kindly request parents to take note of these arrangements and discuss them with their ward to ensure that the procedures are followed carefully.
