親師會 (Parent-Teacher Conference, PTC) 將於 8月20日（週四）及21日（週五） 在 Scotts Campus 舉行，涵蓋6至10年級。Ethan 所在的 9年級 IGCSE 亦包含在內。

本次 PTC 重點提醒：這是本學年第一次親師會，時間在 第一次評量考試（Assessment 1，9月2日開始）之前，校方建議善用此機會：

了解 Ethan 的課堂學習習慣
討論考試範圍、備考策略與學習資源
詢問老師如何在家提供支援
如有行為相關疑慮，請另行預約 HRT／協調老師，勿佔用 PTC 時間

Dear Parents,
The Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) for Grades 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 20, and Friday, 21, August 2026 at SCOTTS Campus. You are requested to book the
PTC meeting slots using the following link provided below.

Please Note: The booking link will close on August 17, 2026, at 5:00pm.
Grade and meeting times is attached.
Important note:
Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC) are being held at Scotts Campus.
This is the first PTC for the year and is before Assessment 1 (For Grades 7, 8, 9 & 10) and which
begins on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Therefore, I request you to make use of this opportunity
to discuss classroom habits of your son/daughter and strategies for exam preparation. Please keep
the discussion around academics and if you have any concerns regarding behavioural issue then you
may seek additional appointment with HRT/Coordinator at a later date.
The following may help you to make the best use of time allotted for the meeting:
1. Come prepared with specific questions.
2. Seek clarification on immediate concerns only.
3. Ask the teacher for additional support for your child if required.
4. Ask teachers about study tips for your daughter/son.
5. Ask teachers about how best to support your child at home during the examination time.
6. Discuss topics/chapters that will be assessed during the examination and materials/resourcesrequired for preparation.
7. Please stick to your child and their academic achievement only.
